This 2-bedroom modular home has been designed to suit a sloping suburban site, using a multi-module layout that forms a unified and efficient home. The modules are elevated to work with the natural fall of the land, allowing for a clean installation with minimal ground disturbance. The arrangement of the modules creates a protected central outdoor space, giving the home a strong sense of connection and flow. With its cohesive roofline, integrated carport, and refined material palette, the project demonstrates how modular construction can deliver a modern, well-planned residence tailored to a technically challenging block.
The build presents a striking combination of dark vertical cladding and warm timber accents, creating a balanced and architectural façade. Each module is elevated on engineered steel posts to suit the natural fall of the land, ensuring long-term stability and improving airflow beneath the structure. A generous, fully covered verandah spans the central section of the home, providing weather protection and extending the usable outdoor living area. Timber balustrades and feature panels add warmth and contrast, complementing the darker cladding and enhancing the modern aesthetic.

Although compact in footprint, the internal planning prioritises functionality and comfort. The main living zone opens directly onto the verandah, creating a strong indoor–outdoor connection and supporting an adaptable lifestyle. The dwelling incorporates a 2-bedroom configuration with a practical kitchen, thoughtfully arranged bathroom and efficient circulation path between spaces. The central deck and glazing layout help enhance natural light and ventilation, ensuring a bright and comfortable interior environment throughout the year.
