Well, I'm glad you asked! A modular home is simply a building that is Prefabricated off-site in sections, that are then attached once in-situ. Initial Consultation: The first step is to book a free consultation with one of our experts. During this meeting, we'll discuss your requirements, budget and vision for your new home.

Site Assessment: We'll arrange to visit your site and assess any restrictions or factors that may impact the design or construction process.

Design & Planning: Our design team will work with you to create a customised design that suits your unique requirements and budget. We'll provide you with detailed plans and all the necessary documentation for council approval.

Contract & Approvals: Once you're happy with the design, we'll provide you with a detailed quote and contract outlining all the costs, timelines and deliverables. We'll also submit all necessary applications to the council for you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Manufacturing & Construction: Once the contract is signed and approvals are in place, we'll commence manufacturing your home in our offsite facility. This process typically takes 6-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Delivery & Installation: Once the modules are complete, we'll transport them to your site and install them on your foundation. This process usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the home.

Finishing Touches: Once the modules are installed, we'll complete any remaining finishing touches, such as connecting services, installing joinery and fittings and painting.

Handover & Warranty: Once the home is complete, we'll conduct a final inspection and handover the keys to you. We provide a 12-month warranty on all our homes, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected.
